Mission Statement:

Basketball Intelligence Pathway (BIP) Student-Athlete and Coaches partnership Basketball program; strives to develop young people into successful athletes and leaders with character and a passion for excellence, both on the court and in life. Our coaches will be focusing on five core principles: competitiveness, individual development, teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and leadership. BIP has created limitless opportunities for our athletes and for our coaches.

Our pathway process is simple and effective. In service of our athletes, we are committed in the most innovative and collaborative approach by assisting our student-athletes or individuals across a multi-avenue for that next level to further develop their basketball career. BIP has a network of strategic pathway partners with opportunity throughout Australia and beyond. BIP draws its unequalled internal and external ecosystem of experts, relationships, access, and industry intelligence to help ensure that our athletes achieve their ultimate goals.

It is also our goal to lead the way for the Pacific and targeting in diversity from the Pacific region across the Pacific Islands, advocating for our athletes. BIP continues to increase the diversity of our talent roster and we will expand our efforts in the years to come. With a passion matched only by that of our athletes, BIP is committed to crafting precedent-setting deals and building new partnerships driven by our athletes’ desires, interests, and opportunities.
