David captains this pathway with vision and comes from 20 years’ experience in People Personal Development. He has a strong background in well-being and holds qualifications with extensive experience in counselling and working with elite athletes from all levels and walks of life. He is an expert communications analyst and strategist and bears a unique insight into relationship development based on personality technicians. His vision is to create a more cooperative athlete pathway by integrating sports and education; to equip individuals to become intelligent leaders who can inspire the next generation and make a difference in the world.
David oversees the operations of the pathway curriculum and liaison officer with partners, athletes, business patrons and environment

An appointed advisory board member. Fonz is responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Pathway achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals.
A successful entrepreneur
and business owner and COO of MBA & MBNZ; A passionate and experienced business-minded and arts professional, confident and dedicated to developing strong relationships; Currently serving as a voluntary community position as president of NSW Samoa Basketball, pathway director, a FIBA Coach for Samoa National Basketball Teams from U15, U17 and Senior Teams with successful campaigns by winning Silver & Bronze medals in FIBA Oceania Championships 2017-2020 completing Australia & New Zealand. Graduate from AUT University from the Master's program PGDipAD and currently completing his MBA by 2022.

An appointed advisory board member with an extensive and wide range of experiences in business investment and ownership. A semi-retired and comfortable business owner in Australia and the United States. Joshua is a pivotal person and is responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Pathway achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals. Joshua is currently running his business venture as owner and Managing Director of Tongi Industries Utah / Tongi Investments Dallas Texas USA.
